Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Open Athletes website and services.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Open Athletes is a daily live show and a network for athletes building companies. We produce media, run a community of athlete-founders, mentors, and operators, and connect founders with Athletes Fund, a separate investment syndicate, when they are ready to raise capital.
The network is available to current or former professional, Olympic, and collegiate athletes. We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our sole discretion.
Founders who join Open Athletes for access to the network agree to contribute 1% equity in their company to Open Athletes. This is in lieu of any monthly fees or membership costs.
The 1% membership equity above is separate from any investment. Any investment in a member’s company is made separately through Athletes Fund and is governed by its own terms. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security.
Open Athletes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Open Athletes and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
